I’ve always been ambitious. Team captain. Class president. Scholarship student. Frequently asked questions
Wedding professionals from all fields in the premium and luxury markets. Most attendees will join us because they’re working on challenges such as: Time management, adding associates, growing their team, adding new services, starting side businesses, or seeking an exit strategy. If you think you’re not “good enough” to attend, you’re in the right place…because everyone else feels the same. (True story)
We’ve capped the retreat to less than 25 attendees, so truly a small group. We have room for many spouses, but spots are available on a first come, first served basis.
Las Catalinas, Costa Rica. It’s a planned beachtown on the Guanacaste peninsula that’s been featured in The New York Times and Travel + Leisure.
Fly into Liberia, Costa Rica (airport code LIR). We’ve arranged transportation to drive you 80 minutes from the airport to Las Catalinas. Transportation to and from the airport in Liberia is included, but if you require pick-ups/drop-offs in other destinations you must pre-approve with us.
I’m already in luxury and/or charging high prices for my services. Will this help me?
What are the accommodations like?
We’ve rented luxury homes on or near the waterfront, as well as posh hotel rooms on near the beach. Each attendee will have a private bedroom and bathroom. Each residence comes with a private butler and housekeeper. Casa Brewer is the host house.
Yes, they are welcome to join us for meals, activities and downtime. Just not the group sessions. Spots for spouses are limited, and given out based on who signs up first.
Yes and no. Sam will be available for pop-up conversations and casual advice throughout the retreat. You will also get a complimentary 60-minute 1:1 session 1-3 months after the retreat. He will also provide support and direction during the workshopping time as needed.
However, he won’t take 1:1 appointments during the retreat, because doing so would occupy over half the schedule (and so makes it impossible to do).
All meals and snacks are included. Breakfast will be prepared at each house by the butler. Lunches and dinners will be provided in the house or at a restaurant. Snacks will be personalized based on individual preferences.
We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable dietary requirements, including gluten allergies and vegetarians, but be aware that Costa Rica doesn't have a Whole Foods.
All guests will have access to the private pool at the host house. The property also has a beach club with several swimming pools and a gym.
We will rent a private catamaran for half a day to tour the area and go snorkeling.
100%. If you put the work in at the retreat, but leave feeling like you didn’t clarify goals or come up with a plan to reach them, Sam will do 1:1 work to get you where you need to be. If we still can’t get you there, we’ll refund whatever you think is fair.
